Opening the toy box
On this table there is an oval of wooden track running through a small Brooklyn — a park, a canal, a row of brownstones — with two subway lines on it, a camera you push about with one finger, a horn, and a Go button the size of a thumb. It is built for a three-year-old and it needs a graphics chip to draw.
The table is wider than it is deep, and this way there is room for two heads over it.
